Furthermore, the hockey player dropped $1.46 million on his waterfront penthouse located at 357 Commercial St. on Lincoln Wharf, Boston. Spreading out in a 3,500-square-foot, the home features seven bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, and a dining room too. 

Besides, Marchand also listed his childhood Halifax mansion on the market with a price tag of $1.2 million in Jan 2014.
