Alison Victoria started her career as an interior designer soon after the completion of her graduation. She started working at the Christopher Homes in Las Vegas where she was the youngest designer. Her hard work and dedication took her to the peak of her career and soon after, she launched her own company.
Later on, she also started appearing in the TV shows where she started flaunting her skills. From 2011 to 2016, she was a full-time host on television show Kitchen Crashers. In 2012, she was also the host of the show called The Ultimate Crash: House, Bath, Kitchen, and Yard.
In addition, she has also appeared in the TV program such as Hotel Impossible (2013-2014) and DIY Insider (2015). She was also part of the television series Windy City Rehab. Apart from her TV appearance and interior designing career, she has also produced TV series named Windy City Flip.

On December 40, 2019, Alsion Victoria and Donovan were sued by the house owner Anna and James Morrissey. The case was filed for their incompetent work in the house, which they bought for $1.36 million.
